How to Book a Tour with Top Asia Tour

Upon receiving your booking request, one of our experienced travel consultants starts to assist you to create the tour in your style according to your personal requirements and interests. You will receive a greetings email first, telling you that we are working on your tour program. The Top Asia Tour travel consultant will send you the detailed tour proposal with price within 24 hours.

As long as we receive your confirmation email to book the discussed tour, we will plan to reserve the tour for you. Meanwhile, you are requested to pay a 30% of the total tour cost as a deposit. The outstanding balance should be paid one month (30 days) before the planned arrival date. You could choose to fully pay for the booking instead of a deposit as you like. Upon receiving your deposit, we will secure your reservation and finalize your booking immediately.

Any booking within 30 days is requested to pay the full price to guarantee the booking. Top Asia Tour reserves the right to require you to pay more as deposit or pay fully in advance in high season or some special period to secure your booking.

Then confirmation letter will be sent to you by email as a proof for the booking, including tour details, hotel information as well as the proposed flights or trains information. Top Asia Tour reserves the right to make changes but provide you with the similar alternative options if there is any change after confirmation.
