How to book

Upon receiving your booking request, one of our experienced travel consultants starts to assist you to create the tour in your style according to your personal requirements and interests. The Asia Travel travel consultant will send you the detailed tour proposal with price within 24 hours.

As long as we receive your confirmation email to book the discussed tour, we will plan to reserve the tour for you. Meanwhile, you are requested to pay a 30% of the total tour cost as a deposit. The outstanding balance should be paid one month (30 days) before the planned arrival date. You could choose to fully pay for the booking instead of a deposit as you like. Upon receiving your deposit, we will secure your reservation and finalize your booking immediately.

Any booking within 30 days is requested to pay the full price to guarantee the booking. Asia Travel reserves the right to require you to pay more as deposit or pay fully in advance in high season or some special period to secure your booking.

Then confirmation letter will be sent to you by email as a proof for the booking, including tour details, hotel information as well as the proposed flights or trains information. Asia Travel reserves the right to make changes but provide you with the similar alternative options if there is any change after confirmation.

Payment

Asia Travel can accept three methods of payment. Details are as below,

Paypal

We could accept credit card secure the online payment via Paypal. When you accept our tour proposal and decide to pay through Paypal, Asia Travel travel consultant will send you an invoice through our Paypal account: ##### . Check the payment item and amount. Then you will see a “ View and Pay Invoice” bottom. Just click the bottom and go to the secure Paypal website to make the payment. The member of Paypal can log in your own account and pay to our account ##### directly.

Note: If either PayPal or Asia Highlights Travel has reason to believe that the payment you made is fraudulent, we reserve the right to hold your bookings and require another method of payment.

Credit Card

Asia Travel accepts the payment by visa card, master card or American express card. Choosing this way, you will receive our Credit Card Authorization Form by email and be request to sign the form accordingly and send it back to us by email or fax with both sides of your card. We will charge from your card through China bank.

Wire Transfer

When accept our proposal and decide to pay by this way, you will receive an invoice with our bank information, which is requested when you do the transaction in your bank. After you pay via wire transfer, you are requested to send the copy of the bank receipt so that our travel consultant goes to check the receipt of your payment. Once the payment is received, we will secure your tour and send you the booking confirmation letter.

Alteration & Cancellation

Any changes or alteration before payment is free of charge. After confirmation or during the tour, any extra fee caused due to the clients’ change will be paid by the clients. When traveling, any unused portion caused by clients’ alteration is neither refundable nor exchangeable. Cancellation must be informed to Asia Travel by email or fax. Any oral cancellation by phone will not be accepted. The cancellation policy is as follow:

Cancellation received more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date: no cancellation fee

Cancellation received 15-29 days before the scheduled departure date: 20% of the total tour cost is charged, excluding the penalties charged by hotels, airlines, rail or cruise if applicable.

Cancellation received 7-14 days before the scheduled departure date: 40% of the total tour cost is charged as penalty, excluding the penalties charged by hotels, airlines, rail or cruise if applicable.

Cancellation received 3-6 days before the scheduled departure date: 80% of the total tour cost is charged as penalty, excluding the penalties charged by hotels, airlines, rail or cruise if applicable.

Cancellation received 0-48 hours before the scheduled departure date: 100% of the total tour cost is charged as penalty.

No-show traveler is regarded as give up the tour initiatively. 100% of the total tour cost is charged as penalty.

Travel Documentation

Clients must get their own passport (valid for no less than 6 months), necessary visas or permits to the countries arranged in the tour program before the tour. The clients should be responsible for all the necessary documentation. Asia Travel may assist you to apply for the necessary documents when you request. Asia Travel accepts no responsibility for the failure to obtain the documents.

Health Requirements

When deciding an international tour, clients should consider all the travel risks and know whether their own physical condition and mental condition are suitable to the area they plan to visit. Any physical or mental disability which requires special treatment or attention must be noted at the time of reservation. You are solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries you are going to visit or transit.

Insurance

Asia Travel highly recommends you purchase your own comprehensive travel insurance from your own country before you depart for any international travel.

Responsibility

Asia Travel acts only in the capacity of an agent for contracted travel-related services. All travel arrangements included in trips are made on participants or agents' behalf upon the express condition that neither Asia Travel nor its agents shall be liable or responsible in the absence of its/their negligence for any direct, indirect, consequential harm, or irregularity of any kind which may be accessioned by reason of any act or omission of any person or entity, inducing without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as airline, train, coach, private car, cruise vessel, boat, or any other conveyance, hotel, sightseeing provider, local ground-handler, restaurant, etc., which is to or does supply any goods or services for trips. Participants and agents understand that Asia Travel neither owns nor operates such third party suppliers and accordingly agrees to seek remedies directly and only with those suppliers and not hold Asia Travel responsible for their acts, omissions or commissions. Without their limiting the foregoing, Asia Travel is not responsible for any losses or expanse due to the delay of changes of schedule, over booking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strike, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, acts of government's civil disturbances, war, quarantine, customs regulations, epidemics, criminal activity or for any other cause beyond its control. All such losses or expenses have to be borne and paid for by the participant or agents.

Asia Travel reserves the right to postpone, alter or cancel the travel services as necessary due to the unforeseen conditions or for the convenience of the operation of tours. Any additional payment incurred shall be charged to the traveler and the overcharge shall be refunded. Liability for such cancellation is limited to full refund of money received by Asia Travel. No unused refund shall be given back in part or in full due to traveler's unwillingness to go. All tour fares are based on the present value of foreign currencies in relation to the U.S.dollar, and in current tariffs on the same date and are subject to change. However, Asia Travel will not adjust the price once it has been confirmed and deposit has been received.

Asia Travel shall not be liable for any dangers and risks inherent in travel, which may result in traveler's injuries, damages or losses. Places in remote areas may without easy access to medical facilities or rapid assistance. Traveler is hereby warned of such kind of dangers and risks, and the possibility traveler may not travel as scheduled due to personal emergency. Baggage is carried at owner risk and baggage insurance is recommended.

Asia Travel reserves the right to decline to accept, or retain any person as tour participant, should such person's health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other tour participant. Participant should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the governments of China . Asia Travel shall not be responsible for the penalty in part or in full due to the infringement.

Asia Travel do not take any responsibility for any items purchased at shops during the tours. Any after service must be between consumer and shops.

If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from Asia Travel in regard of your tour status within 48 hours from the time you submitted the request for booking, modifying, or canceling a tour, please contact our customer service center at sales@AsiaTravel.com or manager@AsiaTravel.com immediately to ensure that we are able to deal with your enquiry under the terms of our Terms and Conditions.

Asia Travel reserves the right of final explanation to above terms.
