Day 1 Hanoi Arrival

Upon arrival, our guide will be holding a sign with your name and welcome you at Noi Bai International airport transfer to Hanoi Old Quarter and drop at hotel to check in. The rest of the day, you can stroll around the Old Town to get used to the City or just relax to recover from the jetlag.

Day 2Hnoi

Breakfast at hotel, our tour guide and driver will meet you at lobby of hotel at 08:00AM for full day to explore Vietnam’s charming capital. With its wide tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and ancient oriental pagodas, Hanoi is an eclectic mix that offers something for everyone. Your city tour will take you to Hanoi’s key sites: the Ho Chi Minh Complex (Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and stilt house); the Presidential Palace; the nearby One Pillar Pagoda; the Temple of Literature; West Lake; the sedate Tran Quoc Pagoda & Quan Thanh Temple; and one of the city’s museums (a choice between the History Museum and the Ethnology Museum). End of the day you can enjoy a traditional Water Puppet Performance – a unique Vietnamese art form hailing from Southeast Asia’s wet-rice culture.

Day 3Hanoi – Halong Bay

Our guide and shuttle bus will pick you up at lobby of hotel and start journey east to Halong Bay, through picturesque rice-farming villages of the Red River Delta, where we see everyday Vietnamese village life. On arrival, we board a beautiful traditional junk and spend a full day and night cruising the bay’s 3000 magnificent limestone islets. In the evening when the boat is anchored in the middle of the stunning lagoon, we enjoy a wonderful seafood meal and later there is opportunity for an evening swim from the side of the boat. Spend the night on the luxurious boat.

Day 4Halong Bay – Hanoi

Rise early for a lesson in Tai Chi or just to enjoy a hearty breakfast. The boat will make its way back to the port stopping at the Cave of Surprises, full of stalagmites and stalactites. From here, it’s clear sailing back to the main harbor and the return Hanoi around 4.30pm. Drop at hotel in Hanoi. Free time on your own.

Day 5Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh

After breakfast, our driver will pick you up at lobby of hotel and transfer to Airport for flight to HCMC, Arrival, our guide and shuttle bus will holding a sign with your name and welcome you. Transfer directly to hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. After check in, free for leisure and shopping in the local markets.

Day 6Ho Chi Minh – Can Tho

Leave Saigon for My Tho, located on the northern banks of the Mekong River to visit a large market that sells just about anything that can be eaten and variety of fruits. Around the My Tho area you will find a maze of small canals that can be explored on one of the many organized boat tours. Enjoy a boat ride on the Mekong River and visit an orchard on an island, with lunch en route. Continue with a visit to a snake farm and then continue driving to Can Tho. Check-in hotel and overnight in Can Tho.

Day 7Can Tho – Ho Chi Minh

Today will begin with an early breakfast to get our energy up for an exciting day. After breakfast, we will take a boat trip to the Floating Market and watch the locals sit aboard their small boats selling and exchanging goods. On the way back to Ho Chi Minh City, we will visit Dong Tam Snakes Farm – the largest snake farm in Viet Nam. We will have a delicious lunch at the Mekong Rest Stop before returning to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 8Ho Chi Minh

Today you will drive to Cu Chi guerrilla’s area and visit the underground tunnels. There are more than 200km of tunnels that were built by the Communist guerrillas during the war. You will be free in the afternoon for shopping.

Day 9Ho Chi Minh Departure

Breakfast at hotel, Free at leisure until transferring to Tan Son Nhat airport for your departure flight.
